Stephanie Metz has called Deerfield home for over 22 years and has a lifelong love for Chicago’s North Suburbs. She’s deeply connected to the community—whether she’s teaching yoga (which she’s done locally for nearly 17 years!) or leading Stand Up Paddle classes at Glencoe Beach, Stephanie is all about building relationships and creating a sense of belonging.

Before real estate, Stephanie worked as an attorney, which gives her a strong foundation when it comes to contracts and negotiations. She’s a calm, steady guide through the process, helping her clients make smart, confident decisions.

She also brings years of experience from the wine and spirits industry, where she combined creative marketing with a diplomatic, results-driven approach. That background adds a fresh perspective to the way she helps clients buy and sell homes.

When she’s not working, Stephanie loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their lovable Sheepadoodle. She got into real estate because she genuinely enjoys helping people find the right place to call home—and she’s committed to making the process feel exciting, positive, and stress-free from start to finish.
